1. About HEMI's Digital Products

All items offered by HEMI are fully digital—this includes templates, design assets, and downloadable resources. Because access is delivered instantly after checkout, these items cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Policy

Purchases made through HEMI are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once a transaction is completed, regardless of whether the file has been accessed or used.

3. Rare Exceptions

A refund may only be granted under exceptional conditions, such as:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• A technical problem prevents you from accessing your purchase and our support team is unable to resolve it.
